Cancellation policy
Billing Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or as selected at checkout) in USD via Stripe. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.
Managing Your Subscription You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at dic0.store/account. From your account portal, you may:
- Update your payment method or shipping address
- Pause your subscription for up to one billing cycle
- Skip an upcoming order
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged for the following cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in an active billing period.
Refunds All subscription charges are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In that case, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery.
