What is the return policy?
We currently do not accept physical product returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement — contact us with photos of the issue at contacto@dic0.store and we'll resolve it quickly.
What materials are the sleep masks made of?
We use soft, breathable materials like satin silk and contoured foam, designed to block out light completely without pressing on your eyes.
